My son was that sick we had to reschedule our flights and the service we received from the medical staff and doctors was very professional and understanding. All staff have a strong grasp of English both verbal and writing. The Dr we saw was very professional and helpful. The clinic even sent us whattsapp messages to check in on my son was very nice. I definitely suggest visiting this clinic if you need medical assistance. We were picked up directly from the hotel and received a friendly welcome from the nurses and doctor. The doctor explained everything to us in great detail and gave us an infusion plan. My husband was then allowed to go into a private room to recover. After 4 hours of therapy we were allowed to go home with medication for the next few days. The clinic driver then drove us back to the hotel. The practice is 100% better than the one in Germany. Best clinic!
